Hope everyone in this world know that on the 22 April 2009, all the countries are celebrating Earth Day. On this special day, my class form teacher, Miss Lee, showed our class a song sung by Michael Jackson. Miss Lee wanted us to read the lyrics. The first time when we heard the song, a lot of my classmates were laughing and Miss Lee was very cross with us. Then Miss Lee let us listened to the song again. This time, only a few of my classmates were laughing. After we had finished listening to the song, Miss Lee told us why are we celebrating the Earth Day. Then, during 12.45 till 1.00, which was during our Mother Tongue lesson, every class needed to switch off all the things that uses electricity. My Mother Tongue teacher, Madam Grace Loke, asked the whole class to go out to the corridor then she explained to our class when did Earth Day began. I think that switching off all the things that uses electricity can really save a lot of electricity =)



PS: Let us all celebrate Earth Day again =)

Hi, hope all my classmates had fun during the P5 camp which was held on the 7-9 April. On the day of my camp, I was so excited. Around 9.00a.m, all the P5 students, teachers and also the instructors left the school. After 30minutes, we reached the Labrador Adventure Centre. During the past, this campsite was a school but many years later, it was transformed into dormitories. On the first day of our camp, we played games, make our group's flag, we did cheer and many more. A few hours later, we went to Sentosa for our amazing race.It was really fun. During the race, our group came in third, we were so happy. When we returned to our campsite, we had our dinner then we had our night activities. At 11.30p.m, lights out.


On day 2, we had our high elements. Everyone from our group could only try out one high elements cause we were short of time. So sad:( Anyway, I did the rock wall. it was really fun. After dinner, we had the campfire night. Group 1 and 2 danced 'Apologise'.


On day 3, we had to do the area cleaning. Before we left the campsite, we had the prize presentation. Our group won the best group and we got a soft ball. Then we went back to school. I really miss the campsite, I hope the next camp I have will be held at the same place too!
